HOW TO PLAY

Now that you have signed up, it's really easy to submit your first Nap.

All you need to do it hit the 'PLAY FOR FREE' button on the main page which will take you to the entry form.

Then, Select NapsLeague from the list of competitions (this is also where you can take part in all the other competitions we run).

Then once you're in you can see the rules and if you scroll down you can see a section to type your password and select which group your twitter @ can be found. (they are sorted alphabetically).

Now you can see the list, simply select your Twitter @ from the drop-down list.

Once this is done, you need to select which track the horse is running. You can see where they're numbered, so simply select which number. For Kenilworth, you'd select TRACK 1.

That takes you to the list of horses running there, so you can simply find the horse you'd like.

These are sorted Alphabetically (but don't forget, horses below 4/6 are removed).

Then all you do is hit SUBMIT and you're done.

Easy as that.

The data is updated around 9pm every day, so you have plenty of time to get your selections in.
